Cosmetic Care From a Dentist Who Knows Your Face
Dentists spend their careers working with the muscles, nerves, and structures of the face. Dr. Yates is a military-trained dentist with 13 years of clinical experience, and she brings that anatomy training to a short, focused list of facial aesthetic treatments.
We offer the Juvéderm® collection of dermal fillers and two wrinkle-relaxing injectables, Botox® Cosmetic and Xeomin®. Every treatment starts with a consultation, and every injection is performed by Dr. Yates herself. Nothing is delegated to an assistant or a nurse.
Our approach is conservative. The goal is a rested, natural version of you, not a different face.
Juvéderm® Dermal Fillers
We stock two Juvéderm® fillers: Juvéderm® Ultra XC and Juvéderm® Vollure XC. Both are FDA-approved hyaluronic acid fillers. Hyaluronic acid is a substance your body already produces. Filler restores volume where the face has lost it and adds definition where you want it. Results are visible right away and soften gradually over time.
Areas we treat
- Lips: subtle volume with Vollure XC, or fuller volume with Ultra XC, and smoothing of the fine lines around the mouth
- Smile lines and marionette lines: the folds that run from the nose to the mouth and from the mouth to the chin, softened with Vollure XC
Because these areas sit right where dental work meets the face, filler is planned alongside your dental care. A new smile and the lips that frame it belong in the same conversation.
Wrinkle-Relaxing Injections: Botox® Cosmetic and Xeomin®
Botox® Cosmetic and Xeomin® are both FDA-approved botulinum toxin type A products. A small amount, placed precisely, temporarily relaxes the muscles that create expression lines.
Dr. Yates keeps both in stock and explains the difference simply: “I keep inventory of both products in case a patient is allergic to one specific product. Both work the same way, and either can be used in the areas we treat. I typically use Xeomin in the larger jaw muscles when treating clenching or grinding.”
What to expect
- A consultation first, including your medical history and an exam
- A short visit with a very fine needle. Most patients describe a quick pinch
- No downtime for most patients. You can drive yourself home
- Results that appear over several days and are temporary. Individual results vary, and we will not promise a number
Jaw Tension and Clenching: A Therapeutic Use

Safety and Candor
- Every injection is performed by Dr. Yates. Injectable treatments are not delegated.
- Medical history and an exam come first. Not everyone is a candidate. Pregnancy, certain neuromuscular conditions, and some allergies rule these treatments out.
- Conservative dosing. We would rather add a little at a follow-up than overdo it on day one.
- Straight answers. Results are temporary, they vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee outcomes.
Injectable treatments are medical procedures and may cause temporary swelling, tenderness, redness, bruising, or other side effects. Less common but potentially serious complications can also occur. Dr. Yates will discuss the expected benefits, limitations, alternatives, and material risks before treatment. Individual results vary. Wrinkle-relaxing injections are priced by the unit and fillers by the syringe, and you will get an exact quote at your consultation before anything is scheduled. Dr. Yates has seen these treatments priced out of reach for too many people, and she is determined that will not be the case here. See our Financial Options page for payment choices.
Facial Aesthetics FAQs
Can a dentist provide Botox and fillers in Georgia?
Yes. Georgia allows dentists who have completed Board-approved training in injectable pharmacologics to provide these treatments in a dental setting, for the lips, cheeks, jaws, and associated tissues, in connection with dental care. Dr. Yates has completed training for injectable pharmacologics and performs every injection herself.
What is the difference between Botox® Cosmetic and Xeomin®?
Both are FDA-approved botulinum toxin type A products that work the same way, and either can be used in the areas we treat. Dr. Yates keeps both in stock in case a patient is allergic to one specific product. She typically uses Xeomin® in the larger jaw muscles when treating clenching or grinding.
Does it hurt?
Most patients describe a quick pinch. The needles are very fine, and Juvéderm® XC fillers contain lidocaine to numb the area as they are placed. Topical numbing is available on request.
How long do results last?
Wrinkle-relaxing injections wear off gradually over a few months. Fillers last longer, and the range depends on the product and the area treated. Results vary from person to person, so we will give you a realistic range at your consultation rather than a promise.
Is there any downtime?
Most patients go straight back to their day. Plan to skip strenuous exercise, alcohol, and rubbing the area for the rest of the day. Bruising is possible, so book at least two weeks ahead of a big event.
Will I look "done"?
Not if we do our job. Dr. Yates starts conservatively and adds at a follow-up if you want more. The aim is that people notice you look rested, not that you look different.
Can I combine this with dental treatment?
Yes, and that is often the point. Lip filler after Invisalign® or veneers, or wrinkle-relaxing injections for patients who also clench their jaw, are common combinations. Everything is planned together in one consultation.
How do I earn Allē points here?
